Full refurbishment with loft and ground floor extensions to a private house in Peckham
Designed by Homework Architects with sustainability at the heart of this design, timber frame construction was used to form most of the new structure, and by exposing the timbers the structure formed part of the overall architectural aesthetic. Efficient use of steelwork and temporary works methodology opened up the ground floor with zero impact on the internal space
