Full RIBA design service for the extension and alteration of a private house in Surrey to create a +250m2 family home.
Working with the existing structural form and replicating the characterful aesthetic through the new extensions was a key part of the design brief. Whilst maintaining the character of the external elevations we were able to maximise the internal spaces through efficient structural solutions to achieve bright modern spaces.
